Questions operators ask before engaging Henderson.
Clear answers about scope, field reviews, deficiencies, documentation, vendor coordination, and recurring support.
What happens during a compliance review?
We review the requested facility areas, observe visible conditions, document relevant findings, organize photographs and records, identify deficiencies or follow-up items, and provide a clear summary of recommended next steps.
How long does an inspection or walkthrough take?
Timing depends on the facility type, number of tanks and dispensers, records available, and requested scope. We confirm the expected duration before scheduling whenever possible.
Does Henderson repair petroleum equipment?
Henderson focuses on compliance review, field observation, documentation, corrective-action tracking, inspection preparation, and coordination. Repair or regulated specialty work is referred to or coordinated with appropriately qualified contractors where required.
What happens if Henderson finds a deficiency?
The issue is documented, prioritized, and translated into an actionable next step. When appropriate, Henderson can track the item through correction and verification and coordinate with the operator's contractor or another qualified provider.
Can Henderson coordinate my petroleum contractor?
Yes. Vendor coordination can be included in the scope to help move an identified issue from finding to corrective action and closeout.
Can Henderson support multiple locations?
Yes. The Henderson Compliance Program is designed to support single sites and multi-location portfolios with consistent walkthroughs, documentation, deficiency tracking, and management reporting.
Do you provide emergency spill response?
Henderson can help document the situation, organize information, and coordinate next steps, but emergency response and regulated remediation must be handled by properly qualified providers and according to applicable reporting requirements.
What should I send with a request?
Facility address, facility type, known tank information, the issue or inspection deadline, relevant notices or reports, and photos when available. The request form allows supporting documents and images to be attached.
Send us the facility details.
We can clarify whether Henderson is the right fit and what the next step should be.
